Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 4tunaou.com and describe the basis on which 4Tuna OÜ provides its services. They do not replace a signed statement of work or engagement letter; where a signed agreement exists, that agreement governs.

1. Who we are

4Tuna OÜ is a private limited company (osaühing) registered in the Republic of Estonia on 01.08.2019 under registry code 14773496, holding EU VAT number EE102445932, with its registered office at Liivalaia tn 13, 10118 Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia. Contact: info@4tunaou.com.

2. Who our services are for

Our services are offered to organisations — companies, public sector bodies and other legal persons — acting in the course of a trade or profession. They are not offered to consumers, and nothing on this site is an offer of a consumer service.

Specifically, 4Tuna OÜ does not provide:

• consumer or home-user technical support of any kind;
• remote troubleshooting, cleanup or optimisation of personal devices;
• password, account or data recovery services for individuals;
• resale, activation or transfer of third-party software licences;
• hardware sales or repair.

4Tuna OÜ is an independent engineering company. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any third-party software or hardware vendor, and it does not operate a support channel for any other company’s product. If you need support for a product you purchased, contact that product’s own vendor directly.

3. Sectors we do not work in

We decline engagements whose purpose is gambling or betting operations, adult content, the offer of regulated financial services we are not authorised to support, medical diagnosis or treatment decisions, cryptocurrency issuance or trading platforms, or anything whose intended use is unlawful in Estonia or the European Union. This is a commercial choice and we apply it regardless of the fee.

4. This website

The content of this site is provided for information. It is a description of services, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract. In particular:

• The architecture and project envelope estimator is an indicative planning aid. It reports engineering effort, duration and team shape derived from the parameters you select. It is not a quotation, an offer or a commitment, it contains no prices, and no figure it produces binds either side. Fees are quoted only in a written proposal after we have reviewed an actual request.
• Descriptions of methods, deliverables and timelines describe how we normally work. They are not a warranty of any particular outcome in your circumstances.
• We publish no client names, logos, case studies or performance statistics on this site. Where a claim about our work is not something we can evidence, we do not make it.

5. Engagements

Work begins only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability for that engagement. Submitting a request for proposal creates no obligation on either side, and neither does our reply.

Unless the signed agreement says otherwise, intellectual property in bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on payment, and each party keeps whatever it owned beforehand.

6. Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, submit forms by automated means, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the site in a way that impairs it for others. We rate-limit submissions and may block abusive traffic.

7. Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content, including any output of the estimator. Nothing excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement’s own agreement.

8. Data protection

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and browser storage as described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion fall to Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, last updated 10 September 2026. Changes do not affect an engagement already under a signed agreement.
