We cannot help with consumer technical support, personal device problems, password or account recovery, software licence purchases or hardware repair. If you need support for a product you bought, please contact that product’s own vendor.

How we handle what you send

  • Purpose. Reading and answering your request for proposal, and preparing a written response or a follow-up conversation about it.
  • Lawful basis. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where you are enquiring on behalf of an organisation rather than yourself, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, which you may object to at any time.
  • Retention. Kept for 24 months from your last contact with us so we can pick the conversation back up, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes a contract, the contract's own retention rules apply instead.
  • Recipients. No one outside 4Tuna OÜ. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data, and nothing you enter here is used for advertising.
  • Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info@4tunaou.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Sending this form does not create a contract and does not commit either side to anything. No fee is quoted until we have read the request and replied in writing.
